For customers with rental car coverage, we have arrangements with major rental agencies for new cars at discounted prices. To customers with no coverage, we offer in-house courtesy vehicles when available. We have many written references and customers are updated during repairs and after completion with phone calls. Each vehicle leaves with a customer satisfaction report card to be filled out and returned to us for quality and satisfaction monitoring.
Our new modern 900 square foot office is equipped with drive-thru computerized estimating, Photolink digital photo-imaging, full-time fax and internet access. Customers are greeted promptly in the reception area by courteous personnel. We accept all major credit cards. Free pickup and delivery are available and the facility is handicapped accessible. We have extended working hours during the week and an evening drop off box is available for customer convenience.

Our quiet customer waiting area offers many conveniences, including beverages, comfortable furniture, microwave, refrigerator and a TV. A clean, private restroom is provided for our customers.
We utilize indoor, drive-thru estimating, at which time the vehicle is power washed in a well lit environment before damage analysis is performed. Every vehicle is cleaned inside and out in our detail bay when final repairs have been completed.
